He is survived by: his children, Jon Par (Nikki Horn), Erik Horn and Severin Horn (Victoria Celmer); his grandchildren, Mason, Reese, Landon, Asa, Aurora and Izabella; and his siblings, Pete (Fran), Linda, Laura (David), Elaine (Dave), Marie (Don), Joe (Jenny) and Anita (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
