He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, Sam Shaw and Joe Walker; and his uncles, Todd Shaw and Steve Shaw. He is survived by : his parents, Warren William Shaw (Jackie) and Bobbie Jo Jarvenpaa (Walker); his grandmothers, Pat Shaw and Judy Walker-Jensen; his brothers, Justin Shaw (Jaci Brandl) and Jesse Shaw; and his nephew Korbin Shaw (Bella Gauthier). He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established by Joshua's family.
