She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Malueg and Lydia Malueg (Tornow); her husband Larry A. Krolow; her siblings, Kenneth Malueg (Lois), Ardis Fournier (Leonard), Luella Prey (Robert), Germaine Winters (Cleon), June Tratz-Steffek (Ed), Donald Malueg, Albert Malueg and Lydia Griffith (Raymond); and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Thompson and Richard Krolow (Gail).

She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Krolow (Jim Adrian), Terri Roesler (Greg), Sandi Heinemeyer (Dion) and Linda Fritz (Mike); her grandchildren, Amie Ziebell (Ryan), Erin Hammen (Josh), Casie Korth (Andy), Marc Roesler (Kristin), Josh Heinemeyer (Amanda), Bret Heinemeyer (Emily Bellin), Talon Heinemeyer (Megan), Zach Fritz (Cassie Vandenelzen) and Indy Fritz (Amber Anderson); her great grandchildren, Aubree, Carlee, Camden, Quinn, Samuel, Liviana, Brielle, Connor, Eliana, Cade, McKenna, Ashlynn, Dakotah, Lily, Ella, Addison and Bridger; her brother Gerald Malueg (Sonia); her siblings-in-law, Mary Jo Malueg and Donald Thompson A (Gail Gossett Many); and her nephew Peter Krolow. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joyce's name are preferred to be directed to the Krolow family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
