He is survived by: his wife Annette Ross; his children, Mark Herrick (Kathy) and Julie Herrick (Chuck Buckbee); his grandson Maxwell Herrick; and his extended family, Shane, Leslie Buckbee, Braxton Buckbee, Taylor Swenson and Miley Buckbee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
