He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mardak and Marie Mardak; and his wife Barb Mardak. He is survived by: his children, Bridgett Way (Robert) and Andrew Melotik (Jeannie); and his grandchildren, Kayla Melotik, Kyle Melotik, Danielle Draugelis, Samantha Way and Dan Way.
