He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stilen and Ruth Stilen; his former wife Janet; and his siblings, Laverne, Marian Doehling (Ted) and James Stilen.
He is survived by: his wife Violet (Dumke Van Swol); his children, Kelly Stilen (Al Fisher) and Regina Jahn (Mark); his stepchildren, James Van Swol (Jennifer) and Julie Reif (Samuel); his grandsons, Denver (Alyiah) and Dylan (Natalee); his stepgrandchildren, Christopher (Erica), Austin, Megan (Luke) and Alexis (Justin); his close friends, Mel, Lois Selle, Bob, Brett Singler, Brian Wickesberg, Lana and Steve Davis; and his brother George Stilen. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (15 5th St, Clintonville, WI 54929). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
