He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Manning and Ermine Manning; his parents-in-law, Andrew and Rose Ollinger; his siblings, Ruth Manning, Marjorie Gahlman (Don), Joan Liechty, Jean Swierzynski and Henry Manning (Jan); his brothers-in-law, Richard Ollinger, Leon Neis and Orin Hagen; his grandson Kyle Pitz; his niece Sandy Neis; and his nephew Dennis Schmit.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie; his daughters, Lynn Steger (Jody), Lori Schwenkner (Dennis), Nancy Lentz (Pat) and Dawn Pitz (Steve); his grandchildren, Scott Steger (Tania), Chad Steger (Kate), Kaitlyn Zook (Mickey), Eric Ninmann (Kacey), Kendra Ninmann (Derek Portratz), Cole Ninmann (Brittany), Ryan Lentz (Shawna), Michelle Lentz (Bill Koepke), Cory Lentz, Jenny Veldboom (Garrett) and Olivia Pitz; his sister Marilyn Hagen; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Neis, John Liechty and Jim Swierzynski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
