He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hofman and Wilma Hofman (Hargraves); and his siblings, Faye F. Grasee (Gerald) and Robert K. Hofman. He is survived by: his sister Helen W. Appleyard (Frederick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
