She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sager and Gladys Sager (Frank); and her grandsons, Charlie Kostreva and Anthony Miller. She is survived by: her husband Calvin C. Kostreva; her children, Calvin Ray Kostreva (Cheryl) and Simone Miller (Delue T.); and her grandchildren, Michael Kostreva (Yeyoung), Sarah Kostreva, Ashlie Kostreva (Tim Jacob), Calvin A. Kostreva (Ashley), Gabe Kostreva, Delue C. Miller (Amanda Corey) and Verena Miller. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
