He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Kozlovsky and Eleanor Kozlovsky; his grandson Buck; his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Sue; his son-in-law Eric Rudolph; his godson Jeff; Owen and Arleen Rocheleau.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rocheleau; his children, Annette (Terry Early), Mary Jo (Ron King), Nicholas, Richard (Stacey), Robin and Shelly Rudolph; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Trevor Earley, Sam, Joe King, Josh Sylvester, Vicky Schewe (Joe), Alexis, Sienna, David Rudolph and Icelynne Kozlovsky; his great grandchildren, Hudson and Jameson Schewe; and his close friends, Adam and Montana Fonder.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kadlec Cemetery.
