He is survived by: his wife Beth Burnard of Columbus; his children, Bradley Burnard (Diane) of Baraboo and Michelle King (Scott) of Newport, NC; and his sister-in-law Dixie Burnard of Arkansas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
