With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail Ganta of Columbus, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 1, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Tischer and Eve Tischer (Bull); her husband Glenn Ganta; her son Gene; and her brother Larry Tischer.

She is survived by : her sons, Gary of Columbus, Gregg (Karen Schrader) of Columbus and Guy of Columbus; her grandchildren, Grady, Megan Dunneisen (Kevin), Randy and Khloe; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Kacie and Skylie Dunneisen; her sister-in-law Julie Tischer; and her brother Steve Tischer (Alice) of Chicago. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Carol Rehse wrote a sympathy message

“To gail's family: we are so sorry to learn of gail's passing. We met glenn and gail here in mountain home, arkansas. We belonged to the the wisconsin club and had much in common with them. We are originally from horicon, wi. Gail and i maintained a long distance friendship through emails after she moved to beaver dam. I will miss her wit and sense of humor.
