Phyllis A. Herzberg Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Herzberg of Columbus, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Cripps and Eva Cripps (Pashley); her husband Ralph A. Herzberg; her sister Jean; and her brother-in-law Wayne Purves.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Herzberg of Columbus, Alan Herzberg (Jennifer) of Columbus, Gary Herzberg (Jean) of Waunakee and Barbara Davidson (Gary) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Kristin Pellerin (Kevin), Casey Davidson (Jessica), Sam Herzberg (Elyse Hobson), Anne Angevine (Nick), Mark Herzberg (Paige Petronio) and Lisa Herzberg (Luke Deubler); her great grandchildren, Ava, Owen, Crosby and Milo; and her brother Donald Cripps (Shirley) of Princeton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Columbus. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at 313 W Prairie St, Columbus, WI 53925.
