He is survived by: his wife Linda De Valk; his daughter Tracie Polomis (Mark); his grandchildren, Dakota, Karly, Dalton and Kenia; his great grandchild Lucia Joy; his in-laws, Stephanie Sanderfoot, Deb, Dale Burghardt, Tom and Diane Sanderfoot; Dawn, Pat Deschaine, Debbie Cudahy, Doug, Pam De Valk, Donna, Todd Hurst, Dane, Darci and Rich Van Veghel.
