She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Martin Sr. and Bertha Martin (Kant); her husband John Bergum; her daughter Peggie Sersch; and her siblings, Harold, Delbert (Viola), Charles Jr. (Marvel), Cletus (Phyllis), Eugene Martin and Virginia.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Bergum (Lori) of Conover, Wisconsin, Gary Bergum (Mary Bergum) of Monroe, Perry Bergum (Becky) of Madison, Wisconsin, Barry Bergum (Brenda Gapinski) of Evansville, Wisconsin and Penny Lovelace (Scott) of Argyle; her son-in-law Ron Sersch of Milton; her brother Virgil Martin (Joanne) of Lena; and her sister-in-law Ruth Martin. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Saviors Lutheran Church (407 E Center St, South Wayne, WI 53587). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
