He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Johnston (Edith Bruegger) and David. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill, Roxanne and Jeff; his wife Sandra Johnston of Coon Valley; his sons, Micheal, Daniel, Anthony and David L III; and his friend David L Johnston III.
