He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Collins and Alva Collins (Amann); and his sister Diane Jacobson (Jack). He is survived by : his children, Anna Sacia (Matt) and John Collins of La Crosse; and his brother Tom Collins (Florence) of Viroqua. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
