She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ross Sr. Pennington and Sylvia Pennington (Bivens); her husband Steven; her children, Michael Boulding (Leticia), Matthew Boulding (Jamie), Amy Hugh (David), Amber Boulding (Chris Elsner) and Allie Boulding; her grandchildren, Connor, Layla Boulding, Timothy (Kayla), Taylor, Maddison, Abbigail, Maislynn Boulding, Preston Fredrickson, Paxton, Peyton, Payson, Paislee Hugh, Emma and Jackson Elsner; her siblings, Ross Pennington Jr., Selina Brown (Perry), Sherry Estremera (Tony) and Pam Murphy (Mark); her son-in-law Justin Fredrickson (Brianna); her grandchild-in-law Lakelyn; her sister-in-law Linda Pennington; and her grandparents, Grady, Eunice Bivens (Turner), Arthur and Margaret Pennington (Smith). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
