He was predeceased by : his father Richard Schlageter; and his son Richard Charles Schlageter. He is survived by : his mother Ronna Schlageter (Muldoon); his wife Nancy Schlageter; his children, Jennifer, Nicole Schlageter, Steven Jr. Schlageter (Stephanie) and Kiara Stipek; and his siblings, Michael Schlageter (Anita) and Amy Schwoer (Greg). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
