She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Edwardson and Janet Schuld (Schomburg); and her sister Annette Edwardson. She is survived by: her husband Dan Strain; her children, Kurt Strain (Jane), Kent Strain (Tina) and Kristie Lee (Dennis); her grandchildren, Rhiann Strain (Alex Burrell), Kassie Haase, Chelsie Haase, Cierra Strain (Garry) and Harlan Strain; her siblings, Cindy Burt (Bill), Angela Johnson (Brandon), Kevin Edwardson (Dorrie), Steve Edwardson and Brian Edwardson (Gina); and her great grandchildren, Talli Strain, Jaxon Strain, Jett Strain-Burrell and Sebastian Strain.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gunderson Fitchburg Funeral & Cremation Care (2950 Chapel Valley Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53711). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Highland Memory Gardens (3054 County Hwy N, Cottage Grove, WI 53527).
