She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wanek and Fannie "Lee" Bailey; and her sibling Kerry "Anita". She is survived by: her husband Jim O'Brien; her children, Chad (Julie), Mara (Noi), Erin (Adam) and Kelly (Eric); and her brother Roger (Carole). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
