He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Michael Hamm (Mary Lyn), Dennis Hamm (Laura) and Sharon Johnson (Scott); and his grandchildren, Jacob (Alisha), Alexander (Sydney), Natalie, Parker (Hallie), Matthew, Andrew and Jeremiah. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
