She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Meyer and Olga Meyer; her husband Francis Chucka; her son Leonard; and her grandsons, Chuck, Greg, Frank and Joe Nowak.

She is survived by: her children, David Chucka (Peg), Richard Chucka (Stacy), Cathy Nowak, Monica Spude (Mark), Christy Osweiler (Rick), Theresa Brault (Steve), Margaret Huberty (Ed) and Rita Dohl (Chad); her sisters, Linda Kruegar, Mary (Jim) and Karban; her siblings-in-law, Carol Meyer Cecelia Mayer, Jim Karban and Thomas Chucka; her great grandchildren, Arlo and Emmet Foley; and her siblings, Leo Meyer and Marge Zeitler. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren and many other relatives.
