He is survived by: his wife Pamela P. Kanikula; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Brynn Kanikula; his grandchildren, Caliett, Evie and Marcel Kanikula; his sister Diane LaBreche; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Konegni and Cindy Parker; and his friend Jim. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, a charity dear to his heart.
