Teresa Chamberlin wrote a sympathy message

“Although I only met Shelly once, I felt an instant and lasting connection with her. Her smile and her hugs were contagious and we spoke of many things including the death of her son. As someone who feels the thoughts and feelings of others, I instantly felt Shelly’s sadness as well as her love and pride for her son when she spoke of him. She shared her love for her grand baby, her husband Pat and her family as well as her passion for helping others. She will not be forgotten.”
