He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kostrova and Alma Kostrova (Kostreva); and his sisters, Linda Ostrowiecki (Dennis) and Laurel Kostrova. He is survived by: his sons, Garrett Kostrova (Estefania) and Kamron Kostrova; and his brother Kenny Kostrova (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
