He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto H. Schwark and Ethel Miller (Miller); his wife Charlotte Carol Ann; and his siblings, Betty Bradley, Donna Mae Besaw and Daniel Schwark.
He is survived by: his children, Micheal Schwark (Audrey), Mark Schwark, Suzanne Morovits (Gerald) and Kimberly Bern; his siblings, Lorraine Koepke, Robert Schwark and Diane Bauer (Don); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Schwark, Courtney Laundrie, Stephanie Brunswick, Seth Warren, Cory Morovits and Keegan Monken.
