He was predeceased by: his parents, Garver Lutz and Alice Lutz (Sears); and his son Brent Lutz. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Brian Strang (Rebecca), Brenda Warren (Mark), Duane Lutz (Terri), Monica Hodson, Mitch Hodson (Dana), Angela Schulenberg and Brandon Lutz (Amanda); his sister Patricia Nye (Jim); and his nephew Chris Nye.
