He is survived by : his wife Pamela Sue Farnsworth; his children, Michael (Angela), Stephen (Corinne), Amy Kamrath (Mark) and Sarah Evers; his grandchildren, Abigail Kokesh, Ashley Johnson Kokesh, Tyler Kamrath (Rebecca), Caitlyn A Mowatt (Scott), Bryanna Hershberger (Mervin), Amber Bentley (Jess), Zachary Kokesh, Kyle Kokesh (Lindsay), Christian Llames, Madeline Evers, Joshua Evers and Jared Kokesh; his great grandchildren, Aidan Warfield, Kenlee Kamrath, Colton Kamrath, Riley, Lucas Mowatt, Layton, Greyson, Kason Hershberger, Brinley, Saylor, Kenna Bentlly, Liam Kokesh and Gunnar Llames; his siblings, Diane Slark (Dean), Donna Horton, Robert Kokesh (Bonnie), Kenneth Kokesh (Nancy) and David Horton (Michelle); and his sister-in-law Lillian Kokesh Busch.
