He was predeceased by: his stepson Daniel Elmer; and his parents, Robert Evans and Mary Evans (Huntley). He is survived by: his sister Maureen Rebatzke (Mike); his children, Susan Gerber, William Evans (Peggy), Katherine Fleming (Richard) and Mary McMillan (John); his daughter-in-law Janis Elmer; and his friend Susy Launder. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
