He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Dukart (Cody) of Dunn Center, N. D., Michael Birkeland (Liz Lockwood) of Mount Horeb and Stephanie Hardersen (Justin) of Killdeer, N. D.; his grandchildren, Colby Dukart (Cheyanne), Raileigh Strommen, Emma Dukart, Abygael Edseth, Gretta Birkeland, Harper Birkeland, Abby Hardersen, Logan Hardersen and Hudson Hardersen; his sisters, Joann Okumura, Kaye White and JDee Birkeland (Susy); his nieces and nephews, Wendee Eldredge, Shelly Faust (Jason), Brittany Stephenson (Jeff), Todd White and Heidi White; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh Stephenson, Chris Stephenson (Kenna), Laura Stephenson, Ovi Stephenson, Coleson Eldredge and Porter Eldredge; and his caregivers, New Glarus, Agrace HospiceCare, Megan, Lexee and Emily.
