He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Konshak and Lorraine Konshak (Vandeleest); his former wife Betty Konshak; his parents-in-law, Floyd and Ellen Kieler (Kohn); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Konshak, Denise McKenzie, Roy, Roger and Dick Kieler (Dana).
He is survived by: his wife Diane Konshak of Cuba City, WI; his sons, Christopher Konshak (Wendy) of Appleton, WI and Peter Konshak (Andrea) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Alisha Johnson (Jason) of Portage, WI and Kyle Konshak of Rio, WI; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Autumn Johnson; and his brothers, Dwaine Konshak (Lynn) of Oconto, WI, Dennis Konshak of Fountain View, CA and Theodore Konshak.
