She is survived by: her husband Danny of Luke's Methodist Church; her children, Robert Slater of Cuba City, WI, Sandy Slater of Dubuque, IA and JoAnn Slater of Dubuque, IA; her grandchildren, Travis, Zachary and Grace; and her siblings, Bill Symons, Steve Symons and Barbara Jensen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Joyce E. Slater Memorial Fund has been established.
