He is survived by: his wife Denise Thomas; his children, Erin Heim (Richard) and Kyle Tillotson; his sisters, Suzanne Sliwa (Phil), Janine Hyde (Walter) and Kristi Kramer (Scott); and his siblings-in-law, Rita Weigel (Mark), Janette Thomas (Hal Carter) and Eric Thomas (Kelly).
