He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Matlock. He is survived by: his wife Froma Gerharz; his children, Donald Matlock, Randy Matlock (Christine), David Gerharz, Eric, Rachel Gerharz (Palmer Gauke) and Adam Gerharz (Samantha Fliss); and his brother Wesley Matlock (Renee). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.
