He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Olga Socha, John and Vera Cantwell-Eagleson. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Socha and Rita Socha; and his godson Gabriel. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorials to go to Children's Wisconsin for research on heart disease in Nathan's honor.
