She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvia Havlek and John Havlek; and her aunt Irene Mikorski. She is survived by : her spouse Rory; her daughter Tiffany (Don Leibold); and her siblings, John Havlek (Sue) and Diann Winkler (Larry).
