He was predeceased by : his father Robert Avery. He is survived by : his mother Elizabeth Avery (Ellingson); his wife Pam Butzler; his children, Renae Anderson (John), Ryan Avery (Sarah), Kevin Avery (Terese) and Rob Avery (Celina); his grandchildren, Taylor Blechinger (Damion), Kailey Breault, Lily Avery, MyKayla Anderson and Lucas Anderson; and his siblings, Pam Schullo (Dan), Van Avery and Nancy Grover (Larry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
