He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his daughters, Amy Michelkamp of Custer and Sara Campbell (JD) of Norwalk, IA; his granddaughters, Cassie Fletcher and Maleah Campbell; his sisters, Judy Kazmierczak (Ken) of Plymouth, WI, Rosemary Sjolsvold of Minnetonka, MN and Elsie Bembenek (Chet) of Wausau; his sister-in-law Betty Oleson (Scott) of Delafield; and his close friends, Bill Gibbs (Kim) and Joe Jakubek (Jennifer).
