He is survived by: his children, Nicole Arends, Lisa Wolf (Mike) and Bill Arends; his grandchildren, Elly Johnson, Logan Arends and Brady Arends; his siblings, Catherine Olson, Betty Halverson (Bob), John Arends, Dick Arends (Gail), Francis Arends (Darlena) and Mary Mehl (David); and his brother-in-law Jerry Swenson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
