He is survived by : his wife Debby; his daughters, Ashley Dostalek (Tim) and Caitlin Hellenbrand (Kyle); his grandchildren, Taylor, Easton, Harper and Carson Dostalek; and his pet Autumn. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters; in-laws.
