He is survived by: his stepchildren, Geneva Caraway and David Klinker; his sisters, Diane Kuehn of Bellevue, NE and Judy Heinrichs (Michael) of Oregon; his stepsiblings, Stuart (Joan), Clifcorn (Madison) and Denise Higgins (Deerfield); his in-laws, Jeff Kuehn, Joanie (David), Jim (Jean) and Spears (Athens); and his aunts and uncles, Clifford Stark, Tony Hyatt (Sally), Joan and Sue. He is also survived by many in-laws from his wives.
