Mary L. Cieslak Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Duke Shuford and Mary Shuford (Stinson). She is survived by: her husband Walter Cieslak; her daughter Mary Barta (Matthew) of Delavan; her stepson Walter Cieslak (Jennifer); and her granddaughters, Madalyn and Molly.
