He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Humphrey and Marilyn Humphrey (Redfearn); his brother Donald Humphrey; and his cousin Steve "Kount" Humphrey. He is survived by: his sons, Levi Humphrey (Olivia Brown) of Shullsburg and Kevin Humphrey (Alexus Bennett) of Benton, WI; his wife Carmella Humphrey; his stepchildren, Kevin Alonso and Heidi Alonso; his grandchildren, Iris Humphrey and Finnick Humphrey; his siblings, Francis "Butch" Humphrey (Kay), Judy Gurno (Harry), Jerry Humphrey (Mary), Shelly Humphrey (Rob Reynolds), Dave Humphrey (Tammy), Sheri Farrey (Dennis) and Sandy Lamberg (Ingo); and his nephew Eli Humphrey (Abby Lacke). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Curt's name.
