He is survived by: his wife JoAn Jones; his children, Tom Blaine (Jennifer Grove) of Winona, MN, Deb Lallier (Tom Harvey) of DeForest, WI, Ric Blaine (Cheryl) of DeForest, WI and Michelle Hintz (Fred) of Freeport, IL; his grandchildren, Megan Lallier (Justin Dishler), Sydney Herschleb (Reuben), Camron Blaine, Jani Brown (Cole), Adam and Tyler Hintz; his sister Mary Ellen Hartwick of Dubuque, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Blaine of Shullsburg, WI, Joyce White (Tom) of Clarksville, TN and Kevin Krupke of Monroe, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
