She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Slack (John) of Stoughton, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Mandy Johnson of Darlington, Travis Johnson (Katy Thompson) of Darlington and Jennifer Bothum (Paul) of Stoughton, Wisconsin; her great grandchildren, Pierce, Chayce Thompson and Ellie Bothum; and her daughter-in-law Kathy "Bud" Johnson.
