He is survived by: his son Jerry; his significant other Willow Springs; his sons, Jay (Robert), Jeff, Jon (Jenni) and Jason King (Tammy); his grandchildren, Brianna Cavanagh (Mike), Noah (Heather), Paul (Jaiden), Matthew (Abby), Madyson, Landon, Lillian, Oliver and Samantha King; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Avery, Hunter, Kaiser, Maverick and Kinsley; his sister Kim Reed; his sister-in-law Vicki Crist; his cousin Donna; and also Dave Heins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
