She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry McGinnis and Kathryn Martha McGinnis (Brannan); her husband Sammy; and her siblings, Edward McGinnis, Kathleen White, Rachel Glindinning, Charlene Barry, Richard McGinnis and Margaret Sauer.

She is survived by: her children, Roch Ritchie (Diane), Mike Ritchie, Brian Ritchie (Stacy) and Colleen Andrews (Mike); her grandchildren, Erin, Andrew (Kelli), Matt (Pam), Lucas (Meegan), Wade (Katie), Weston, Connor and Alyssa; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Kerigan, Piper, Dutch, Duke, Everly and Cora; her sisters, Mary Hammer and Judy O'Neill; Judy Lindsay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Martha's name.
