He is survived by: his children, Barb Davis (Jim), Sandy Allen (Mike), Cheri Smith (Bob) and Cathy Tollund (Joe Allen); his granddaughters, Michelle Kaether (James) and Jennifer Lichtie; and his stepchildren, Angie Phelps (Jason), Tricia Timmerman, Mike Davis (Carrie), Christopher Davis, Matt Lichtie (Katie), Christine Jones (Dalton), Nicole Allen, ElizabethAllen, Nathan Smith (Tania), Nicholas Smith, Melissa Smith, Morgan Smith and Mandy Smith. He is also survived by many other great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friend.
