Lowell Carlisle and Imogene Carlisle (Fields); her husband Richard Boltz; her son Paul Boltz; her sister Beth Nellist; her daughter-in-law Tammy Boltz; her grandson Josh Harris; her parents-in-law, Frank and Victoria Boltz; her siblings-in-law, Edward Nellist, Roy Burger and Doris Burger; and her stepbrother Jerry Fields.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Boltz (Raylene McDonald) and John Boltz (Michele); her daughter-in-law Margaret Boltz; her grandchildren, Justin Boltz, Logan Boltz (Kaylee), Kendall Boltz, Brittany Nelson (Austin), Stephanie Luckie (Matt) and Jessie Watkins (Craig Sr.); her great grandchildren, Christian Boltz, Connor Nelson, Emerson Luckie, Charlotte Watkins, Craig Jr. Watkins, Coraline Watkins and Ben Harris; her close friends, Danae Schwartz and Jeremiah Laes; Laurie Schwartz and Anne K. Boltz. She is also survived by her loving niece and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Cotter Funeral & Cremation Care (860 N Webster Ave, De Pere, WI 54115). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Cotter Funeral Home (860 N Webster Ave, De Pere, WI 54115).
